Associate Director, Center for University Learning
Lisa manages Center operations and consults with university faculty and staff leaders
and teams to promote professional development and career enrichment at KSU and for
the University System of Georgia’s Professional Development Consortium.
Lisa is an experienced Training and Development, Human Resources and Organizational
Development professional with experience in higher education, public sector and private
sector organizations. Professional experience includes work with Georgia Perimeter
College, the Georgia Department of Labor, AT&T and Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.
Lisa received a graduate degree in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University
and an undergraduate degree in Communications from Boston University. She also holds
several professional certifications and designations including Professional in Human
Resources, Registered Corporate Coach, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certification,
Franklin Covey Facilitator, Development Dimensions International facilitator, DiSC
Facilitator, and a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team.
